During the introductory session, Mr. Neelakantan and the VAMA team shared insights into VAMA’s ongoing initiatives, particularly the Sangamam gatherings. The guests appreciated the consistent efforts and meaningful social impact created through these programs.
While interacting with the elders, Dr. Vishruth spoke about their Pongal-day activities and extended a warm invitation for elders to join the celebrations this year. He also highlighted the significance of “Nerisal Illa Dharshinam” during the Madurai Chithirai Thiruvizha.
Mr. Kanniya shared his heartfelt experience with VAMA’s Thodu Sigichai initiative, and several elders expressed their joy and learning from their recent three-day retreat at “Maghilvizh Mayil”.
Following the discussions, a wholesome lunch was served, and the Sangamam concluded with tea distributed to all elders.
