Yesterday (28-08-2024 – Wednesday), we conducted a culinary arts training session for school children. A total of 30 students from Athrikala Middle School, Sivasailam, participated. The session aimed to impart knowledge about the culinary arts and how they have evolved over time, with insights from the Sangakalam era. The students also shared their own cooking experiences from home.

Our kitchen team provided hands-on practice in preparing basic ginger tea and snacks like thattai. They also shared some valuable cooking tips. All the students showed keen interest in the session and had the opportunity to participate in practical exercises.
