95th week of Saturday Sangamam at Sailam was held on 11-05-2024. Concept as planned was connecting generations. Around 90 elders and above 98 children were present. Ms Koirala and Ms Subha compered and engaged with children and elders to connect them through multiple activities. 

Both groups entirely participated in many activities and enjoyed.  New activity of “Senior News; reading by Junior” was included and the importance of caring elders was shared as news item to both children and elders.  Elders appreciated the students and shared several life experiences.  Silambattam (stick-fighting) performed by Papppakudi students was excellent.  Several students also show cased their ability to read, speak and perform several activities. After long time, elders enjoyed Sh Ponnaiya Annachi samayal – Rice, Sambar, Aviyal, Potato curry, Moore, Sakkarai Pongal etc. 

Children additionally enjoyed Lemon rice. Post lunch children performed dances and elders Pushpam Amma and other Sung songs.  Tea was served at 4.30 pm and everyone left for their home.  Thanks to Vama team to manage such crowded gatherings with series of activities.
