On 16^th March 2024, 87th week of Sailathil Saturday Sangamam was held with the concept of Pursue your passion. Sh Arumugam of Ambasamudram coordinated for Pattimandram on the topic of “Maha Kavi Bharathiyar Kavithaigal – spiritualism or patriotism”. Ms Amutha, Mr I Lakshmanan, two students from Sri Paramakalyani College debated with their points on Thesigam and Mr Arumugam, Ms Lakshmi and students of Sri Paramakalyani College put forth their points to support Patriotism. They quoted various songs of Bharathiyar and submitted for favouring their team to win.   Sh. Lakshman of Ambasamudram chaired as judge for the Pattrimandram. After hearing the points of both the team, Sh. Lakshman adjudged the Theerppu to patriotism. 

Team with Dr. Sheik Mydeen from HelpAge India, Tirunelveli visited and provided medical assistance to the elders.  Dr Mydeen mentioned that elders should not worry about anything and live life peacefully.

He added to take more quantity of water during summer to avoid water scarcity in the body.  Also suggested elders to take lots of fruits & healthy diet with daily some yoga 7 exercise routine.

Many of the elders felt healthy & good that no abnormality was in their health.
