They conducted health check-ups, provided medical consultations, and raised valuable health awareness among the beneficiaries. Over 200 elders from various locations attended the camp and received medical support and guidance.

Our well-wisher Mr. Neelakandan introduced the team from Tenkasi Voice YouTube Channel, led by Mr. Senkottai Shek, who interacted warmly with the elders. We were also honored by the presence of Mr. Meenakshi Subramanian from Mukkoodal, Dr. Badmanaban from Kallidaikurichy, and members of Tenkasi Muthor Mantram —

Our trustees Mr. Muthukumarasamy and Mr. Sundaram warmly welcomed and honored all the guests.

Students from Sree Paramakalyani College NSS Unit provided wonderful volunteer support throughout the camp, assisting elders with care and dedication.
A delicious lunch was served to all participants, which everyone enjoyed together.

Following lunch, children from the ISKCON team, Selvi Kowsika and Selvi Sakthika, presented a delightful Bharatanatyam performance, receiving blessings and applause from the elders.

Adding to the joy of the occasion, the VAMA team and elders celebrated Deepawali with the nurses and assistants present along with the doctors — spreading festive cheer and appreciation to those offering selfless service.

During his address, Dr. V. S. Nadarajan praised the VAMA team’s dedication, saying:
“The work being done for the elder community is truly remarkable — it is rare to see such consistent and compassionate service carried out every Saturday with such dedication and ease.”
All the doctors also emphasized the importance of maintaining good health through a balanced diet, regular check-ups, and preventive care.
