89th week of Sailathil Saturday Sangamam was held on 30th March 2024. Our elders got the opportunity to get different experience of some exercise practice given by Mr. Arumugam from Mr. Nalvalvu Ashram. Mr. Nalvalvu and Mr. Arumugam came from Good life Ashram, kalyanipuram visited to our Sailam. They shared and gave some health tips for elders. Their suggestion on the naturopathy was good and useful for elders daily follow up in their routine life style with natural food. Mr. Nalvalvu gave the tips for natural food prepared with aval, grains and Dal and shared its health use for healthy and peaceful life. Elders enjoyed with singing song by Ms. Devaki from Alwarkurichi. Both of them Mr. Arumugam and Mr. Nalvalvu gave small exercises and the healthy simple food for easy digestion.

On 23rd March 2024 week of Sailathil Saturday Sangamam was held at VAMA. Elders felt different experience of having Bhakta Samithy from Agrakaram Alwarkurichi. Smt. N Subbulakshmi, Smt. V Sundari, Smt. Lakshmi, Smt. Devaki, Smt. Vasaneetha, Smt. Vinayahasundari, Mrs and Mr Narasimhan visited Sailam.

On 16th March 2024, 87th week of Sailathil Saturday Sangamam was held with the concept of Pursue your passion. Sh Arumugam of Ambasamudram coordinated for Pattimandram on the topic of “Maha Kavi Bharathiyar Kavithaigal – spiritualism or patriotism”. Ms Amutha, Mr I Lakshmanan, two students from Sri Paramakalyani College debated with their points on Thesigam and Mr Arumugam, Ms Lakshmi and students of Sri Paramakalyani College put forth their points to support Patriotism.

Bringing equity to the rural school students with the urban school students, VAMA trust organized a Career Counseling program for 10th and 12th students on 18th February 2024 at Sivasailam, more than 50 students participated with their parent. Dr. Sakthi Murugan, professor of PSN Engineering college, gave the counseling for students.
